Deli Plus had the best burgers that I have had in a long time and quite affordable. It was tasty and satisfying and loaded with bacon and caramelized onions!! Will definitely go there again when I'm in New York!! One of the best affordable places that I tried in Manhattan. Can't wait to go there again!!

Walking mid town and stopped by for breakfast, very good and affordable. Friendly service with a wide range of options with take out options. There's a international buffet and roasting counter - like this place I'll be back

customer service stinks here. I usually try to come in every morning for breakfast because they have really good bagels however, where it comes together is the problem its either hit or miss. Today I am eating a toasted poppy seed bagel with eggs, pepper jack cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup, Hot Sauce. Today was a miss it way to much salt. Every morning I go through the same routine you pretty much have to beg the guy to order. Then when get to the counter the girl rings me up for sausage and I have to tell her i didn't order that. Not that I mind the extra 2 or 3 dollars but I literally didn't order that. It happens often but she opens my sandwich to see if there's sausage inside. I mean come on.
This place has the potential to be a great spot. Main issue Customer service.
Tips for improvement:
1. An easier way to order
2. Don't open peoples food at the register
3. The breakfast guy should listen to customers -

My vegetarian lentil soup had chicken pieces and random pasta pieces. They literally mix together soups. I don't eat meat so I found it revolting.
The dressing on side for my salad was never delivered. The only positive review this place is from a person with one review who is clearly associated with the business. Stay away!
